Every year, OWEB typically offers a grant cycle which includes a funding opportunity for Watershed Education Projects. "Watershed Education Project" means a project whose primary purpose is to communicate information about watersheds. It may be a workshop, demonstration project, a planned course of study, or the implementation of a public awareness strategy. The deadline for proposals is usually toward the end of October and the funding decision is decided by the Board at a meeting the following March.
