Camp Tamarack operates under special use permit issued by USFS; land within Deschutes National Forest.

Overnight Facilities: Overnight accommodations in dorm-style cabins for up to 90 persons.

Kitchen Facilities: Lodge includes a kitchen and dining facilities.

Amenities: Equestrian facilities; Lake; Hiking; Kayaking; Ropes/challenge course; Creative center; Sports.

Access: The camp offers summer programs; the facility is available for rent the rest of the year.

Rent to Outside Groups?: Cabins and facilities are available for rental from September through April.

Description of Price Structure: 

Summer camp cost ranges from $975 for an 8 day session, not including horses and rafting, to $2,685 for a 22 day adventure session. The camp’s goal is to offer the Camp Tamarack experience to any child who wants to attend, regardless of family income; scholarships are available.
