The James F. and Marion L. Miller Foundation is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for all Oregonians. The Foundation provides grants to nonprofit organizations and government agencies throughout the state that advance the arts or education. The focus of the Arts category is on enhancing programming and audience building. The focus of the Education category is on strengthening and lifting the level of student achievement and success in K-12 and higher education. Grants generally range from $5,000 to $50,000. Applying organizations must have a minimum of three years of successful operation. The next application deadline is November 22, 2010.
